1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for products with the wrong size. If you receive a product that does not match the size you ordered, you may request a return and exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
i. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
ii. The product must have all original tags and packaging.
iii. You must request the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
i. Change of mind.
ii. Incorrect choice of product.
iii. Minor variations in color or design due to display differences.
4. Return Process
To request a return for a wrong-size product:
i. Contact us at rabhasubhasmita234@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
ii. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
iii. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided for eligible returns.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For COD orders, we require a 10% advance payment of the total order amount. Additionally, a ₹69 COD service charge will apply.
⚠️ Please note: The 10% advance and ₹69 COD charge are non-refundable if the order is canceled by the customer or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery. These charges help us cover our processing and handling costs for COD orders.
